The Big Berkey water purification system comes with two black berkey filters. It has a storage capacity of 2.25 gallons and can filter up to 3.5 gallons per hour of safe drinking water. Our dual filter system uses a combination of carbon filtration ion exchange and sub-micron filtration to produce healthy water at the kitchen tap. It filters out chlorine lead VOCs, MTBE & cysts (chlorine resistant parasites) and leaves in the natural trace minerals. Our water desalinators are compact & lightweight & suitable for emergency liferafts and individual survival kits.
