Profile: Integrated Micro Designs Ltd. specializes in electronics and software design. Our product line includes bridge avoidance systems for commercial vehicles, interface unit for secure vehicles, atomic clock radio receiver module, and time based enable for reverse warning sounder on vehicles. Our GPS-based bridge clear system provides the driver with a very early visual and audible warning of bridges that are too low for the vehicle to pass safely under. The system informs the driver of the direction, distance, and road number that a potentially hazardous bridge is on. Our time based enable for reverse warning sounder on vehicles, uses a GPS receiver module and circuit board in an aluminum enclosure to control the sound output from a reverse warning sounder on trucks. This enables the user to operate in noise sensitive areas when lots of reversing manoeuvres are carried out round the clock. We design digital and analogue electronics & manufacture prototypes. We also design and produce the enclosures for many of our electronic products.
