Integrated Roughness & Contour Instrument, Tsk Surfcom 2000dx.
Surfcom 2000 DX is a high precision integrated roughness and contour instrument. This instrument is used to measure the roughness, waviness and profile & contour of precision mechanical parts. The component family comprises of bearings, shafts, crankpins and fuel injection nozzles. The machine has some special features such as 100 mm X axis range and 10 mm Z axis using high precision inductive LVDT. Its high-speed column is 400 m and 8-nano meter resolution of roughness pickup. It has the ability of 100,000-point data collection and CNC mode of operation to eliminate operator interference.
