Description: Various types of spindles are offered to suit various customer requirements. The spindles can be chosen up to 80,000 RPM by selecting diameter, length and RPM to suit specific machine and components. For example spindle dia 60, 80 or 100 mm and length 250 mm can now be produced in seven different RPM ranges such as 28,000; 25,000; 22,000; 19,000; 14,000; 10,000; 6,000; 3,000 up to 1,000 in grease lubrication. The speed can be increased by 25% in case of oil mist lubrication. These spindles can be straightaway used on indigenous grinding machines (such as HMT, Praga, Amba Petler, Micromatic, Riat) as well as on imported grinding machines (such as Heald, Jung, Uva, Bryant, Voumard, Cincinnati, Fortuna, Churchill, WMW). These are manufactured with international standards and are suitable for internal thread; profile; flute; surface and tool and cutter grinding operations. While manufacturing, care is taken to select high-class material, which is stress-relieved, hardened, and stabilized to maintain its original precision. Four or more super precision bearings of grade P4 or ABEC-7 in matched pairs; with accurate preloading and calibrations make these spindles matchless in quality and suitable for heavy-duty precision grinding operations. Each spindle is dynamically balanced and assembled with special grease for high speed and life. Every spindle undergoes rigorous run-test.
