Our products can combine both interior and exterior packaging in one, and have multiple functions. We manufacture flexible foam packaging materials. We provide a custom package with thick foam walls that surround the product during the shipping cycle. Construction of the original shipper is based on 1 3/8" flexible foam walls that are compressed to 1/4 inch and vacuum sealed on each side. The vacuum sealed foam pads are contained inside a film pouch with an oversize closure flap that contains a pressure sensitive adhesive.
