Profile: International Quality Inspections, LLC. is mainly engaged in factory audit, pre-shipment inspection and supplier quality management. We offer inspections as per IPC-A-610Class 3 & J-STD-001 Class 3 and IPC/WHMA-A-620. We provide visual inspection for completed circuit boards, electro-mechanical assemblies, cables and wire harnesses. In factory audits, the auditor will asses the factory by referring ISO standards for all phases of capability regarding the ability to produce the products. All important criteria are checked including equipment condition, quality systems &procedures, working conditions, production capability/capacity, staffing, products made and ownership. In pre-shipment inspection, goods are inspected before they leave the factory, but after they are packed for export. Random samples are selected according to standards and checked against customer specifications and sampling levels.
