Profile: Interprobe is a manufacturer and supplier of precision probes. We provide probe cards, edge sensors, replaceable needle tips, replaceable dual needle tips, and blade probes. Our edge sensor is used to calibrate the probe planarization depth of card assemblies and provide an overtravel control, thus restrain the size of the scrub mark. We also supply standard Z fixed pattern probes.
