Iron Castings

Description: Grey iron and SG iron castings from 0.1 kg to 100 kg are manufactured to all national and international standards on machine moulding and centrifugally cast cylinder liners. These are used in the replacement market for Simpsons, Telco and Leyland engines. Infrastructure includes 750 kW dual trak 1 MT Inductotherm medium frequency induction furnace for melting, Disa simultaneous jolt squeeze moulding lines for moulding, tester, spectrometer, hardness and metallography laboratory; centerless grinders for machining, honing machines and lathes. Product portfolio includes compressor components, automotive components, locomotive components, cylinder liners, fuel injection pump bodies, polymer insulator end fittings, hydraulic valve components and wheel clamps. Clientele include Tecumseh Products (India) Pvt Ltd, Applicomp (India) Ltd, Rico Auto Industries Ltd. and BPL Engg. Ltd. (Compressor Division).
