Our powder coating booths are necessary for the system in order to recover costly powder paints & coaters and also to avoid environmental pollution. We offer solutions for the recovery and recycling of the paint upon coupling various systems in the booths. Our filtered booths are the most practical and useful model among the powder coating booths. Powder particles moving by the airflow created by the suction fan and which can not adhere to the material are prevented to exit out upon filtering. Filters are cleaned manually by means of reverse explosion system during operation inside the cabin. The paint flaking off onto the booth base from the filter as a result of the sudden choke valve is sieved manually and collected in the depot & re-absorbed from there by means of injector & transferred to the system. Filtered booths are the most proper system for recycling. Wet paint cabins are preferred for painting the products that are less resistant to heat within the sectors like automotive, wood and plastics.
