Profile: Ivor Searle Ltd. produces re-manufactured engines. Our products include engines, cylinder heads, turbochargers, gearboxes, crankshafts, and con rods. All turbochargers undergo the same intensive re-manufacturing program, involving complete strip down and thorough cleaning using pyrolytic technology. Bearings, piston ring seals, and bolts are automatically replaced, and most of our turbochargers are fitted with high capacity thrust bearing assemblies to ensure maximum durability and service life. All other parts are carefully examined for damage and wear, and any non-conforming parts are replaced. Prior to final assembly, the turbocharger rotating assembly is then balanced on the latest computerized VSR machine at speeds approaching 250,000 RPM, at the same time oil flow rates are checked.
