Our service portfolio consists of services like prototype & production sheetmetal, CNC punching & bending, CAD/CAM programming, fabrications, welding, powder coating, anodizing and electroplating. We specialize in the manufacture of aircraft components, pharmaceutical fabrications, computer enclosures, panels & chassis, power supply casings, electronic equipment enclosures, marine electronic fabrications shelving, bracket and shopfitting fabrications. We supply custom made Eurohooks for retail shelving applications. Eurohooks can be made in any wire gauge from 2 mm upto 6 mm, and finished to requirement including options for chrome plating or powder coating. We employ LVD brake presses for bending and forming sheet metal. Weld types we provide include fillet, spot, seam, back, surfacing, flange, hidden and circular. Our power supply assembly items consist of an aluminum base with a zinc plated cover with color passivate finish. Our Zintec Base is a base plate made from zintec which is a pre-finished sheet metal ideal for basic corrosion protection in electrical applications.
