We have a full range of tools which include on-site real time X-ray facilities, spectrographic analysis, and full CNC metrology, utilizing 3 axis CMM equipment combined with traditional hard gauging measurement tools. We also operate many varied gravity process incorporating hydraulic tilting systems and numerous semi automated casting process & operations. To perform our works, we involve a wide range of die manufacturing tools. We also undertake finishing processes including trimming, ball burnishing, vibratory finishing, shot blasting, linishing, grinding and polishing. On the other hand, wet paint & powder coating, plating, hard chrome & colorings, chromation CR3, and impregnation service are the additional services we cater with.
