Profile: JJ Engineering (B'ham) Ltd. is a general engineering service provider. We develop metal formed components for the automotive and other manufacturing sectors. We design, engineer and produce volume presswork involving low carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and zinc galvanized. We perform a vast range of operations including drilling, milling, pitch-feed tapping, riveting, resistance and COČ welding, and programmable robotic welding. Some of our automotive products are listed as drawn housing, exhaust cover, light circuit, mounting bracket, radiator end cover, side panel and support bracket. Our tooling products include CNC machining, EDM wire erosion, digitizing and full CAD/CAM facilities. Gas handle, gas bracket, double glazing bracket, and lamp bracket are our other products. We also facilitate with secondary operations and surface treatment works.
