We collect post consumer wastes from various sectors and recycle them into a range of products. We also recycle polymer type materials. Some of them are low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene and polypropylene. We test polymer products by various methods like specific density method, infrared spectrophotometer, melt flow index determination and lab-extruder methods. Specific density method helps to determine additives used in the material whereas melt flow index determination method determines possible application of the material. On the other hand lab-extruder method tests quality of recyclate in particular visual properties and physical properties of the film.
