Profile: J. D. Engineers is engaged in manufacturing and supplying textile printing machines & hydraulic devices. Our products include auto printing heads, float dryer, batching stenter machine, multi gauge stretching machines and drying machines. Float dryer is basically used for drying printed fabric in its hot chamber. Here, for avoiding the loss of heat the panels are filled with glass wool without any use of conveyor in the process. For drying the printed fabric, the fabric is floated between hot air cushions from the upper side while bottom sides are blown by high velocity fans. Oil or steam is used for the heating process in this heat exchanger. Also, a matching reduction gear is installed in the machine which not only synchronizes the machine with the dryer but also compensates roller mechanism.
