Roll-to-fold machine with slitting includes web guide, splice table batch counting and marking, pinless, and gearless folder with continuous delivery table. The folder has a swinging arm, with adjustable stroke length; longer stroke for a longer fold length. The folds are formed by two sets of rotating brushes. The brushes gently push the paper down, so the folds form at the perforations. The brushes are mounted in a carriage, with leadscrews to adjust the distance between them for different fold lengths. The brushes stay in the correct timing with the swinging arm, as the carriage is adjusted.
