Our dynamically balanced fly wheels are subjected to ultra sound testing for crack detection. Our fly wheels include forged fly wheel shafts, heavy duty plumber blocks and spherical roller bearings. The speed of our fly wheel is 60 RPM to 700 RPM. Our reduction gear box features torsionally rigid steel fabricated body designed to dampen vibrations & to work efficiently at peak loads, case hardened & grinded double helical gears, amply rated bearings and splash lubrication & forced lubrication. Our billet shearing machine includes steel fabricated body, gears from forged tested steel, main gears from casted steel and clutch/non-clutch type unit. Straightening machine features steel fabricated body, heavy duty worm gear, screw down mechanism and mechanical / hydraulic system. It is suitable for joists up to 500 mm, channels up to 400 mm and angles up to 200 mm.
