Profile: Jason Tooling (China) Ltd. is mainly engaged in mold design. The preliminary mold design shows all the main features of the tools, such as mold size, injection, cooling, slides, or side action mechanics. In designing, all the parts of the molds are prepared as 3D solid models and 2D technical drawing. Rapid prototyping/rapid tooling is the fast track to first useable parts. It can be finished by the technology of SLA, and SLS. The parts from the specified production materials (e.g. EPDM, TPE) are made from steel or aluminum molds. These processes allow producing parts for testing on prototype vehicles quickly and economically.
