Our permanent magnet DC servomotor is basically a shunt field DC motor, but designed to drive industrial machines under varying torque and speed conditions. Use of permanent magnets instead of electromagnets avoids separate DC source for the magnetic field, eliminates losses in filed system, and reduces overall size considerably. The shaft of our motor is made of alloy steel, which is heat treated, and precision machined to achieve rigidity. Our tachogenerator is provided with pre-lubricated and sealed precision ball bearings.The armature of our generator is dynamically balanced to ensure vibration free rotation.
