Our 500SP1 solid lubricants-embedded high-strength brass bearing is based on high strength brass alloy which is processed through unique high-tech cast technique. The anti-abrasion surfaces of the bearing are drilled proportionally and embedded with solid lubricants. Due to its high mechanical strength and hardness, it is broadly used for heavy load & low velocity applications. There are two kinds of solid lubricants available for different application, such as, SL-1 for general-purpose use and SL-4 for in-water or seawater use. Our solid lubricants-embedded high-strength brass bearings offer excellent wear resistance in such places, where an oil film is difficult to be formed due to reciprocating, oscillating motions and frequently intermittent operations. They also offer resistance to corrosion and chemical attack. Our wrapped bronze bearings are wrapped of a cold formable homogenous bronze. The standard sizes are fitted with diamond shaped lubrication indents on the bearing surface. These indents serve as lubricant reservoirs to rapidly build up a lubrication film in the start movement and therewith reduce the start friction. These types of bearings are widely applied in hoisting machines and other construction machines such as tractors, trucks, machines tools & some mineral engines. It can be fabricated into bushes, half bearings, flanged bushes, thrust washers and spherical bearing.
