Our products are heating cooling mixer, high speed mixer, cooling mixer, ribbon blender, container mixer and conveying system. Heating cooling mixers are used in the processing of dry blend in the area of rigid and plasticized PVC, thermoplastics, ABS, PE, PP for drying blending & wet coating, ceramics, dyes & colors, and in pharmaceutical industries. Ribbon blender is suitable for PVC dry blends. It is specially designed for those compounds which require higher ratio of plasticization such as those used in footwear, pipes and cables. The blender construction is U-type stainless steel and jacketed around for heating by the circulation of heated oil or a heating system provided at the lower part of the blender. The homogeneous mixing is done by a special spiral type mixing tool combination of radial & axial design operating at a low speed.
