Profile: KJB Engineering (West Tanfield) Ltd. produces sheet metal components. Our services are design, laser profiling, punch profiling, folding & forming, fabrication, finishing, and powder coating. We design a component before manufacture, and provide detailed drawings and 3D on screen models to simulate a product or component before production. We use post-processing software such as Amada Linea 5 and Radan 2009 R1 to ensure the maximum possible sheet utilization and minimum sheet wastage. With a split oven, we can offer two processes at the same time. They are; automated line which is mainly used for large batches of small to medium sized components, and trolley line which is used for larger more complicated parts and components.
