Profile: K & T Mfg., Inc. is a specialist in abrasive water jet cutting and quality metal fabrication. Our welding capabilities include, steel - GMAW-pulsed, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW; stainless steel - GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW; and aluminum - GMAW-pulsed, GTAW square wave. The abrasive water jet is capable of cutting material such as, mild steel, plastic, wood, copper, tool steel, delron, fabric, brass, stainless steel, VHMW, stone, laminates, aluminum, glass, tile, marble, titanium, and rubber. Our water jet can hold a normal accuracy within 0.010". If needed, items can be cut within an accuracy of 0.005" and it is CNC controlled for repeatability. Our fabrication capabilities include, prototype or production runs, large weldments such as heavy equipment frames or large motor mounts, small weldments such as bearing blocks, brakes or cabinet racks, and can hold tight tolerances.
