Waterjet cutting is a cold process: there are no heat affected zones, hardened material, or material stresses. A clean accurate burr-free finish often eliminates the need for secondary surface finishing. The process also leads to small diameter accurate kerfs, ensuring that the clean finished products can be manufactured in a way that might not be possible with other processes. We produce machines ranging from the single torch Minicut 1000 and Sabre 800, which are ideal for precision cutting in small metal fabrication shops, to the largest Maxi cutting systems for profiling large format plates with multi-head and multi-plate capability.
