Profile: Keyplant manufactures Self Aligning Rotators (SAR) for large and small capacities ranging from 500kg to 1,000 ton. We supply head & tailstocks, floor turntables, rotators, seam welders, cladding systems and positioners. Our welding rotators are designed to assist in fabricating and welding pressure vessel, pipes, wind towers & offshore work and primarily any work piece or component which is tubular. Welding rotators are supplied with the option of rubber, polyurethane or steel wheels. They can be supplied with single, double or triple wheel configurations. It can travel manually or motorised on an undercarriage / base which is attached to the underside of the existing machines to enable the rotators to travel on rail machines.
