We also offer finite element analysis & redesign of floor slabs to optimise the reinforcement requirements for loose bar, carpet reinforcement & special mesh layouts. Mesh sheets can be designed & manufactured as traditional two-way sheets or alternatively as one directional mats for heavier bar layouts in sheet sizes up to 3.5m wide x 12m long, with bars up to 25mm diameter. Using a 2.5m wide x 12m long one directional mat can be an extremely quick and efficient method of laying slab reinforcement. Special mesh sheets utilising flying ends to pass through the wall and floor junction can also be used to reinforce concrete walls, resulting in minimal fixing times.
