Profile: Kilgour Treatments manufactures aircraft component parts. Our modern plant facility incorporates state of the art equipment offering numerous services including non-destructive testing, wet processes, painting and surface inspection. Four types of non-destructive testing are available penetrant, electro magnetic, visual and anodic, ensuring that flaw detection is both routine and failsafe. From the testing phase, parts move to the wet process area for the relevant treatment prior to coating. These treatments are backed up and maintained by an in house laboratory where all solutions are controlled and monitored.
