All rolls are made of bearing steel which are quenched, hard chrome plated and grounded with minimum HRC 60 degree. Rotary shear line includes sheet stock which is fed by a feeder to a rotary shear for fly cutting by its rotating cutting edges, a synchronous speed and a synchronization length are calculated by an arithmetic unit.
