Profile: Kiwi Products (Dartford) Ltd. provides CNC precision engineering services, and manufactures wall mounted breathing air panels and flexible machine transfer sleeves, that are used in many industries. Our clean air panel provides low pressure high quality breathing air when connected to a standard compressor air line. The 3 stage filtration package contains a pre-filter to 5 microns, which removes solid particles and separates bulk liquids. After filtration, the air pressure is then regulated, and is available from self sealing couplings, these have individual control valves and are monitored by 20-220 l/m flow meters. This gives an accurate reading of flow to each operator.
