Profile: Koala Corp. is a manufacturer of zinc anodes. Zinc anodes are made from virgin zinc metal, and are available in various shapes like balls, bars and slabs for various electroplating applications. The S-Hook Bar used in chloride zinc baths, can also work in other zinc plating baths. It is manufactured with a hole in the end which allows these anode bars to be hung on S-hooks, and eliminates expensive titanium anode baskets. Our quality controlled method of melting and casting zinc eliminates iron pickup and introduction of other impurities. Our zinc balls are solid and clean without flash or gate, preventing any basket hangups. Zinc anode bars are available in several styles like plain bars, drill & tap bars, and S-hook bars.
