Profile: L Hodge Engineers (UK) Ltd. is a precision engineering service provider. We offer production & prototype precision engineering, machining and special purpose machine fabrication services. We also deal with jigs & fixtures and toolmaking works. Our CNC machining center allows to carry out milling, boring, drilling, tapping and screw cutting to close tolerances with high precision. The machine is high torque which allows the rapid removal of metal by taking larger and heavier cuts during the machining process. We also carry out turning and boring works. We work in a range of materials including aluminum. We employ surface grinder for grinding heat treated, natural state and other materials with hard surface properties. We undertake prototype work for all markets from aerospace through to architectural metalwork. We produce jigs and fixtures for applications like castings, drilling, assembly, testing, plastics, inserts, electronic & electrical, and dual & multi-purpose applications.
