Counter tops like epoxy resin tops and plastic & steel resin tops are available. Epoxy Resin tops are solid one-piece castings which are highly resistant to corrosion from exposure to common laboratory bases, reagents, salt and solvents. They are made up of thermosetting resin and are unaffected at temperatures. The Induction type blower is designed that no fumes or vapors pass through the fan, motor or bearings. The work of cleaning perchloric fume deposits or decontaminating radioactive material is reduced to a minimum with induction blowers. It is made up of type 304 or 316 stainless steel and is used for venting highly corrosive fumes, high temperatures and moisture.
