Description: Labelling Head 2000 Series has reliabile-hardwearing and resistant components with no vibration. The moving parts of this machine are protected by aluminium casting. It has been coated with anti-scratch epoxide powder coating with IP55 protection. It has a "safe opening system" and 6-mm thick drawn aluminium shell to ensure safety. In case of "open" drive units, the labeller signals a malfunction without starting up. It has good tolerance of siliconed liners and is supported with dual spring device. It operates with single stroke button and with a speed of up to 100 meter per minute. The ball bearings and the peelers "blade" used in this unit are made up of Tefloned stainless steel. It has sure grip preventing liner slipping, brakes preventing unwinding of labels and reel of labels fixed firmly to mandrel with "stop blade". The diameter of its reel holder is 380 mm. It is supported with special shield guidance and mechanical label sensor.
