Description: Labelling Machine, VLC-SS/DS is suitable for single sided or double sided sticker labelling on flat / oval / round or any other shape of containers. In this machine the two dispensers operate independently and therefore allow different size of label on either side. This machine has a top stabilizing / conveyor belt that allows holding the bottle for proper labelling. It has unique spring loaded feed worm assembly for exact orientation of the container for precise accuracy. The special design of worm assembly allows even single container to pass through and does not damage the container in case if it topples down. It is deployed by using the latest Servo technology for precise accuracy and higher speed. It also provides the quick change over design and virtually 'tool less' operation. The machine operates with the speed of 100 - 200 - 300 containers / min and is been offered with following dimension 2500 mm (L) x 1200 mm (W) x 1500 mm (H). The net weight of this machine is 500 kgs.
