Description: Laboratory services for machine tools testing and calibration are available. A well equipped laboratory with sophisticated and precision equipments and instruments along with well qualified and trained manpower is available for offering services that include metrology & calibration, material testing, machine tool testing, consultancy services and training services. Calibration of various measuring instruments and gauges are offered besides dimensional and geometric measurement of parts on sampling or regular basis. The facility includes CNC co-ordinate measuring machine, roundness measuring machine, surface roughness tester, electronic comparator, gauge measuring equipments, electronic level, digital height gauge and other precision measuring instruments. The labotatory is equipped with optical emission spectrometer, metallurgical microscope and image analysing system, for content analysis of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, material structure analysis in terms of grain size and porosity. Also offered is calibration of CNC as well as conventional machines at the firm's premises for straightness, flatness, squareness and alignment checking, using laser measurement and ball bar systems. Consultancy services are offered in the manufacturing field. These services are provided either at the firm's manufacturing facility or from head quarters. Scheduled training programmes either at Rajkot centre or at Bangalore are offered. Special programmes could also be organised to suit an individual firm or a group of similar industrial units.
