Our CNC machining services include 4 axis milling, large capacity milling (2m) and multi-pallet machining. Our sheet metal engineering services include forming, welded fabrications, CNC laser cutting, and robotic welding. We offer sub-contract laser cutting using a state of the art Trumpf Trulaser 2525 4KW system. The Trumpf Trulaser 2525 is equipped with an additional pallet changer allowing for rapid loading and unloading of sheets. An additional Y axis is integrated in the motion unit. Unlike the standard Y axis, it does not move the complete motion unit, but only the cutting head. This makes much higher dynamics possible, and depending on the part geometry, the processing time can be reduced up to 30%.
