Description: Jindal Saw manufactures large diameter submerged arc welded pipes using U-O E and J-C-O process. These pipes are mainly used for energy transportation in oil and gas sector. The size range of the large diameter submerged arc welded pipes varies between 16 inches to 48 inches for outer diameter and up to 38 mm of wall thickness. We provide two main types of large diameter pipes including the longitudinal saw pipes and helical saw pipes. The longitudinal saw pipes are made in sizes ranging from 16″ diameter to 36″ diameter in wall thickness up to 1.5″. The helical saw pipes are made from strip in coil form. After the strip is uncoiled, it proceeds to a trimmer and then to forming rolls which shape it into a spiral form. The helical/spiral pipes are used in high pressure oil and gas pipelines, as well petroleum products, both crude and refined, and for water transportation and sewage lines.
