A typical hammer mill consists of a horizontal rotor assembly fitted inside a metal housing. The rotor assembly includes a shaft and several circular plates mounted on them, with equal spaces between plates. Plates have holes on their outer PCD to accommodate hammer pins on which swinging hammers are fitted. A perforated metal screen forming either a full circle or a half circle fits around the rotor assembly. The diameter of the hole in the screen is selected to match the desired particle size. We carry various material handling equipment including bucket elevators, screw conveyors, chain conveyors, valves and gates. Our screw conveyors are available in various types including vertical conveying, horizontal conveying, U-trough and paddle conveying. Chain and flight conveyors are essentially used in many conveying & storage systems dealing with powdered, granular, flaked or palletized materials. Due to their simple and robust design, they are low cost, efficient handling equipment, and can also be used to discharge hoppers & meter materials at accurate rates.
