Description: HEAD PIONEER ECOTURN A wide range of all geared head lathe machines is offered by Aditya Enterprise. Pioneer - Ecoturn Series comes with feed gearbox, height of centre 215 mm, bed width 279 mm and 40 mm spindle bore. All gears of head stock and splines are made from 20 MnCr5, which is hardened and ground with profile grinding. The threaded type head stock spindle is made from 20 MnCr5, which is hardened and ground with MT-5 taper bore. Head stock spindle has 8 speeds (54-1200 RPM), and standard 2V and 2 flat flame hardened bed. A feed gearbox is provided with threading range in metric 20/0.5-7.5 mm, inch 36/60-4 TPI, total number of threads is 56. Feed box and apron gears are made from steel and graded casting. Polyurethane paint is available with international shades. The company manufactures Pioneer Ecotum all geared head lathe machine in two models: Model ECTI with distance between centre 750 mm and Model ECT-2 with distance between centre 1000 mm.
