Lathe Machine - All Geared Head

Description: Geared Head Lathe Machines 175 GHL Series are manufactured by the company. It is supported with a switch gear box. It has the height of centre 175mm, bed width 280mm and 40mm spindle bore. All gears of head stock and splines are hardened and grounded with profile grinding. The cam lock (size D1-4) type head stock spindle is hardened and grounded with MT-5 taper bore. The universal feed gearbox is provided with threading range in metric 31/02. - 6.5mm, inch 36/4-72 TPI, D.P. 21/8-44 and module 15/0.4 - 3.0. The total number of threads are 103, total number of feeds are 72 and ranges from longitudinal/rev 0.033 - 0.468 mm, transverse/rev 0.021 - 0.301 mm. The feedbox gears and spline are made of EN8 material with toughening process and apron gears made from graded casting.
