Profile: Laystall Engineering Co., Ltd. is a provider of hydraulic cylinders and cylinder liners. We manufacture welded construction hydraulic cylinders in bore sizes from 20 mm to 250 mm, up to a maximum stroke of 4500 mm for single stage cylinders, with longer lengths available for multi-stage. Our hydraulic cylinders can be fitted with position sensors, control & hose break valves, cushioning and a wide variety of rod end fittings. Our cylinder products cover application environments like low friction, marine and high/low temperature application environments. We also manufacture a wide range of products such as caps, pistons, valve/port blocks and trunnions required for in-house cylinder assembly. We also produce a range of steel cylinder liners with a minimum wall thickness of 1 mm and hard chrome plating in the bore. The hard chrome finish in the bore is micro-channeled using a silicon carbide abrasive process that results in improved lubrication retention and an optimized plateau finish. Our cylinder liners require no machining works. For our works, we use materials like cast iron, steel, coated aluminum alloy and high strength forged aluminum tube. We also enhance with design, treatment and reclamation services.
