Bluestream™ AW single chamber ultrasonic cleaning systems are designed to use a range of aqueous chemistries and offer highly efficient cleaning & rapid, effective drying. Our vapour drier provides effective, streak-free drying of wafers, glass & quartz plates, discs, pellicles, LCDs, metal discs, Teflon products and a wide range of other products. The system has a specially designed quartz tank, quartz saucer and quartz condensing coils which are maintained in a nitrogen-enriched atmosphere filtered to 0.05 micron.
