Lectro-magnetic Brakes
Description: Lectro-Magnetic Brakes is offered in a wide range. This includes electro-magnetic disc type brakes, AC/DC single disc brakes, shoe type AC/ DC brakes & electro-hydraulic thrustor-operated shoe brakes. AC/DC disc type failsafe brakes can be directly mounted on the free-end side of motor and hence form part & parcel of the motor. Brakes with flame proof enclosure are also manufactured. AC three phase electro hydraulic thrustor brake is a self-contained unit, low power consumption, minimum maintenance & overload on thrustor cannot cause damage to the motor of the thrustor. DC single disc brake magnets are energised to brake application: once the unit is installed there is no need of setting air gap. Armature is available with three springs with gap adjustment screws or spring steel riveted armature & gives zero backlash operation.
