Profile: Lee Fluid Transfer specializes in manufacturing sanitary valves. Our valves are precision made of Type 316 stainless steel and are designed for corrosion-resistant, high-sanitary conditions in the food, drug, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, beverage & chemical industries. All valves are USDA-MID approved. All of our valves are manufactured with a #4 polished interior conforming to 3A standard. The ball is totally enclosed in seals of mica filled teflon that have a maximum working temperature of 350F. These seals are resistant to wear and less subject to deformation under load. Our valves are rated at a maximum working pressure of 450 PSIG and can be used for full vacuum applications. They are tested from a low pressure of 4 PSIG to a high of 450 PSIG. Our three way divert valves are rated to 300 PSIG. We offer rack and pinion, vane or electric actuators for both direct & remote mountings. We also offer solenoids, position switches and controllers for these actuators for complete position control. Our flush bottom ball valves are the finest, trouble-free, sanitary ball valves for the manufacturers of processing equipment such as tanks & kettles. Our air actuated flush-type ball valves are precision made of 316 stainless steel welded parts with type 316-L stainless steel mounting flange. The corrosion-resistant, sanitary design of fluid-flow ball valves makes them ideal for use in various industries. Where flush-type ball valves are not easily accessible for manual operation, they can be equipped with air actuators for remote actuation. The actuators can be triggered through a switch or control panel. Vane type, rack and pinion air-to-air or spring-return actuators are available. The vane actuator housing is constructed of die-cast aluminum and is externally coated with baked epoxy. The rack & pinion actuator is standard with a precision extruded hard-anodized aluminum body & pistons for long life and corrosion resistance.
