Profile: Leeson Polyurethanes Ltd. is a manufacturer of MDI polyurethane one component and two component adhesives. We manufacture both one and two component polyurethane adhesives for the production of insulated panels & composite doors like building panels & portable buildings. Our one component adhesives are used for panels such as doors and building panels. Two component adhesives are used for refrigerated vehicle panels and building panels. Our high friction surfacing coating system is a two component polyurethane coating for binding aggregate to a road surface where high friction is required. The system is easy to install and forms a coating with resistance to diesel, erosion and extremes of temperature. Our hotmelts enable laminators to utilize high speed production systems. They are solid adhesives, applied at elevated temperatures, typically 120 degrees Celcius they set quickly to form strong initial bonds. They then react with atmospheric moisture to form a thermo set structural bond.
