Profile: Lemin & Co., (Product Finishers) Ltd. is an industrial product finishing service provider. Our main works include powder coating, stove enameling, RFI shielding, suede coating, inspection, and other related processes. Powder coating process involves applying paint in a powder form to a minimum thickness using electrostatic application to all of the components, and curing it by passing the component through a gas fired tunnel oven. On the other side, RFI shielding is a metallic rich coating. Usually it is applied to the inside surface of products prior to finishing, but in some cases where more shielding is required, it can be applied to both surfaces and over sprayed with the required finish coat. In specific, our other works include nylon coating, phosphating, MDF coatings, alocrom, sand blasting, paint stripping, and silk screening.
