Profile: Liberty Pattern Company produces casting tooling for the aerospace, aircraft, agricultural, and automotive. We are capable of producing very simple to very large complex patterns, consisting of one-piece or several hundred pieces - some with intricate interior passageways and exacting tolerances that would test the abilities of any master patternmaker. We implement a plastic process which is used to produce patterns and core boxes for the aircraft and aerospace industries. This process produces a quality tool with a quick turn-around time which is very cost effective. We build investment molds. This is an aluminum mold used to produce a wax pattern for the aircraft industry.
