Services offered include import services like sourcing, negotiation and placement of order, freight forwarding (air and ocean), customs clearance, local transportation and delivery at customer site, billing in Indian rupees for all the above services to end customer, banking formalities relating to imports and stock and sale under an excise invoice or VAT invoice as required. Export services include pickup, local transportation, export documentation and customs clearance for exports, freight forwarding (air and ocean), post export documentation including customs compliance, customs clearance in importer's country and delivery at importer's door including warehousing at destination port, billing in Indian rupees for all the above services. Support services include 24/7 service for DDP import/export of emergency spares/small value items including courier onboard services, customised solutions for financing and inventory in case of regular imports/ exports. DDP services in the console mode include consolidation of import and export shipments, shipment (including all services as above), distribution and delivery as per consignee schedule.
