Our brands include QFN Sockets with APS Contacts™, BGA Sockets™ and LGA Sockets™. Our products include thermocycling systems, bus boards, sockets, optical transceiver, connectors, pin & ball grid array, protection equipment, flexible bus boards and programmable boards. Our thermocycling equipment provides rapid cooling and heating of DUTs under an electrical bias. Our isolation / support frames protect boards from damage due to rough-handling when removed hot from the burn-in chamber, or accidentally dropped. Our Loranger SmartSockets are available with combinations of temperature sensors, package diode monitoring, heaters, heat sinks and programmable control modules. They are also available without the control module for connecting to temperature monitoring and controlling equipment.
