Profile: Lourdes Industries, Inc. is a manufacturer of pneumatic, hydraulic, and fuel components. We have implemented systems for dehydration of microwave antennas, swivels for the Phalanx weapon systems, manifolds and swivels for the multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), and firing harnesses for the stinger missile system. Our parts for the military are represented in airborne, shipboard, and land based programs. Our product line includes Lourdes-LOK® lock-wireless fittings, check & relief valves, cartridge, shuttle, butterfly and solenoid valves, swivel pressure switches, hydraulic & pneumatic assemblies, and precision molded harness assemblies. Our check & relief valves have been designed for use in a wide variety of pneumatic, hydraulic, and fuel applications from shipboard to space bound vehicles. They may be installed in any attitude and still maintain full flow and low pressure drop, irrespective of most environmental conditions. Thin walled assembly is achieved through advanced electron beam welding technology with added feature, where weight becomes a critical factor. Our cartridge valves are used in military and commercial applications. These are available in operating pressures to 8000 PSI, with a wide range of flow rates and zero leakage. They are constructed in aluminum, stainless, or other more exotic materials.
